i'm with my cousin christopher and his wife chantal in the province of quebec, so yes...everyone here speaks french (we speak french and english at home). all of the signs and products are in french. i like it...i feel like i'm in a european country. it's a close to montreal, ottawa and toronto, and only and an hour and a half flight to new york city. though it is a french province, the city i'm in is half french/half english because it's so close to the nation's capital. the royal embassey of saudi arabia is down the street. eclectic spot.
